Online, Room or Nature Based Counselling,

Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy and Therapy Supervision

Meet Angela

BACP Registered and Accredited Therapist

Thanks for clicking on my site.

There is further information on the Services page and the About page.

I have over 20 years working professionally with adults and young people as a humanistic, integrative therapist.

My training, experience and ongoing learning all equip me with the skills and understanding I need to work with people who find themselves struggling with aspects of life, for example, the effects of trauma, addiction, abuse, loss and attachment issues.

I offer clients a therapeutic alliance within which they can explore what is important to them confidentially and with compassion.

It can feel daunting and at times scary to focus on ourselves especially when life is messy or out of control. Having a therapeutic space is often the best place to encounter ourselves safely.

Many of my clients, past and present, courageously choose to let me into their personal world so that we can walk together and address the obstacles and issues that are causing suffering to themselves and others. My approach focuses on what is 'right' with us rather than what is 'wrong,' so we can build on our foundation of worth and our ability to care from the inside out.

I provide online, nature or room based counselling and supervision and Equine Facilitated psychotherapy.

All clients are offered a 40 minute assessment session either online or face to face. Please see Prices

For room based face to face sessions, I have access to a private, comfortable space near to Hayfield in the High Peak

Looking forward to hearing from you.

with my very best wishes
