Meet Angela

BACP Registered and Accredited Therapist

Thanks for your clicking on my site and welcome.

If what you find here fits with you, we can have an online chat to discuss how we could work together.

There is further information on the Services page and the About page.

I have over 20 years professional experience as a humanistic, integrative therapist working with men, women and young people.

My work focuses on providing people with a place where they can explore what is important to them confidentially, safely and compassionately.

Each of us has our own needs from therapy, and our own intentions and reasons for choosing to see a therapist.

It can be a daunting prospect sometimes to decide to focus on ourselves and our lives. Many of my clients, past and present, courageously choose to let me into their personal world so that with my help and support they can address what is in the way of them living their 'best life.'

I can provide online counselling, nature or room based therapy and Equine Facilitated psychotherapy.

with my very best wishes

Angela

"Angela helped me make sense of my situation and my part in it"

- W.T.

"It's been a bit of a roller coaster ride for me so far in life. Having time to reflect on why I'm where I am right now has been the right thing for me. I've learned a lot about myself and have found my self respect"

- S.R.

“Time spent with Angela and her horses is helping me understand many things. I am slowly contemplating the idea that I can come to terms with my loss.”

- T.M.

"A trauma mindset will convince you that everything will collapse if you're still, if you rest or if you do something just for you.

It's not true. Let some ease into your day, into your breath, into your life."
